B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 10 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Concierge at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Concierge at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

Event is open to FRx Members and their children who are above 4 years old. 1 play pass is valid for 1 participant.
Any additional adults and children who would like to participate will require separate play pass, with a separate minimum purchase of $30 in a single same-day transaction.
Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session. Event organizer reserves the right to sight and verify the age of the child upon entry.
Children must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.
Socks are compulsory to enter the event; participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

The Management of Waterway Point will not be liable for any loss of play pass.
