BELLYGOM MEET & GREET

REGISTRATION & BOOKING

1. Do I need to be a FRx member to participate in a BELLYGOM Meet & Greet session?

  • No, an FRx membership is not required to participate in the Meet & Greet session

2. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for a BELLYGOM Meet & Greet session?

  • Yes, you may walk in and queue for the event. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 50 groups (4 pax per group) per session.

3. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children that can meet the mascot for each session?

  • Yes, there is a limit of 50 groups (4 pax per group) for each session.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Is there a registration fee?

  • No registration fee is required for the BELLYGOM Meet & Greet sessions.

2. Are there any age and height requirements for this event?

  • Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Participants must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to enter the event without parental accompaniment. 

EVENT DETAILS

1. What time should I arrive for my BELLYGOM Meet & Greet session?

  • Participants may arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of their session to secure a queue ticket for your preferred session.

2. What do I need to bring to the event?

  • Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate attire for the event. Comfortable clothing are recommended, avoid bringing sharp objects into the event. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BELLYGOM MEET & GREET

1. The BELLYGOM MEET & GREET ['Event'] is open to all shoppers and is held from 10 to 31 October 2026 at Waterway Point.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1 Shoppers do not require an FRx membership to participate in this event. 

2.2 No bookings are required for the BELLYGOM Meet & Greet sessions. Each session is on a first come, first served basis, limited to the first 50 groups (4 pax per group) for each session.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 The BELLYGOM Meet & Greet sessions will feature mascot appearances of BELLYGOM.

3.2 Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early to queue for their preferred session. Once the session capacity of 50 groups is reached, entry for that timeslot will close.

3.3 Shoppers may queue again for subsequent sessions, subject to crowd conditions and capacity limits. Each shopper in the queue will be issued a queue ticket.

3.4 This event is open to all shoppers.

Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the session.

Children must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.

3.5 Shoppers are reminded to interact with the mascots respectfully. Please refrain from running, hugging aggressively, or pulling on the mascots’ costumes or props.

3.6 To ensure safety and comfort for all, please refrain from the following during the session:

  • Hugging, pulling, or touching the mascots.
  • Bringing food, drinks, or large props into the area.
  • Extended posing or prolonged interaction that delays the queue.

3.7 Our staff reserves the right to manage the queue and interaction time for crowd control and event safety. Each group is entitled to 3-5 minutes per session.

3.8 In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Management reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or cancel the event without prior notice.

4. OTHERS

4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

4.2 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4.3 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Waterway Point for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Waterway Point and/or its authorised third parties.
