REGISTRATION & BOOKING

1. Do I need to be a FRx member to redeem a Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play session?

• Yes, you need to be FRx member to redeem and participate in the play sessions. If you are not a member, membership is FREE, and you can register at https://www.frasersexperience.com/join.
• Alternatively, approach our Concierge, Level 2 (West Wing) should you require in-person assistance for FRx Membership sign up.

2. Do I need to book a Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play session?

• No, booking is not required. Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis, from 19 to 25 Oct 26, subjected to availability.

3. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for a Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play session?

• Yes, you may redeem a play pass via the Concierge, subjected to availability.

4. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children that can attend per play pass?

• Yes, 1 play pass is valid for 1 participant. Accompanying adult will require a separate play pass.

5. Can I redeem a play pass for my children?

• If your child is between the ages of 4 to 17 years old, you may redeem the play pass on behalf of your child using your FRx membership.
• Individuals who are 18 years and above are considered adults and are required redeem their own play pass with their own FRx membership.

1. Is there a fee required for the play pass?

• To redeem a play pass (per participant) for Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play session, a minimum spend of $30 in a single transaction at participating FRx stores is required.

2. Are there any age and height requirements for this event?

• Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult. A play pass will be required for accompanying adult.

• Participants must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to enter the play area without parental accompaniment. 

EVENT DETAILS

1. Where and when will the Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play sessions be held? 

• Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable will be held at L1, Village Square from 19 to 25 Oct 2026. Sessions start from 12.30pm - 8.30pm (last session starts at 8pm). Inflatable is closed for cleaning from 4pm to 5pm daily.

2. What time should i arrive for my Belly Bouncy Fun Inflatable play session?

• Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session timing. Kindly note that session timing may be shorten should you arrive late.

3. What do I need to do when I arrive at the event?

• Please prepare your play pass and you will be required to endorse on the physical Release, Indemnity & Waiver Form for Events prior to entry to the event.

4. What do I need to bring to the event?

• Socks are mandatory, and participants are encouraged to bring their own socks for their comfort. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at $3 a pair. Payment to the Event Organiser may be made on-site via PayNow.
  Participants are also encouraged to wear appropriate attire for the event. Comfortable clothing is recommended, avoid bringing sharp objects into the event. 

5. Will lockers be provided?

• No lockers are provided during the event.
• All participants will be responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BELLY BOUNCY FUN INFLATABLE

1. The BELLY BOUNCY FUN INFLATABLE ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 19 to 25 October 2026 at Waterway Point, Level 1 Village Square from 12.30pm to 8.30pm.

2. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

2.1 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to redeem the play pass for this event. FRx membership is free and details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

2.2 No bookings are required for the BELLY BOUNCY FUN INFLATABLE play sessions. Each session is on a first come, first served basis, limited to the first 10 participants for each session.

2.3 A single same-day transaction, with a minimum $30 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, is required to redeem a play pass to enter the event.

2.4 This event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 4 years.
Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session. Accompanying adult will require a play pass. Children must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.

2.5 Participants must present their play pass and endorse on the physical Release, Indemnity & Waiver Form for Events prior to entry to the event.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 Play sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to start of their preferred session.

3.2 For entry, please present physical play pass and endorse on the physical Release, Indemnity & Waiver Form for Events at the event entrance. 

3.3 Endorsement on the physical Indemnity Form is compulsory prior to attending the event.

3.4 Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. 

3.5 Sessions will be available each day from 12.30pm to 8.30pm (closed for cleaning from 4pm to 5pm daily).

3.6 Each session consists of 25 minutes of play time.

3.7 Event crew shall reserves the right to request for the documents/proof of age to verify the minimum age of 4. Failing which, entry may be denied.

3.8 Socks are compulsory to enter the event, participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

3.9 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises. 

3.10 The Management of Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. Please refer to the physical Release, Indemnity & Waiver Form for Events at the event entrance for more information.

4. OTHERS

4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

4.2 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4.3 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Waterway Point for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Waterway Point and/or its authorised third parties.
