How to join: 

1. Spend $20 in a single same-day same-mall transaction.
2. Get a chance at our Gashapon Spin 'Shell We Spin' at our Concierge (Level 2 West Wing, from 27 Mar to 12 Apr and 20 Apr to 3 May) or Event Area (Level 1 Village Square, from 13 to 19 Apr).
3. Win a Golden Ticket to be invited to participate in the Mega Ball Hunt on 19 Apr 2026.
4. Register via the FRx Event Registration Portal.
5. Present your registration confirmation and the physical Golden Ticket at the event entrance. Golden Ticket must be presented upon entry. Otherwise, participation will be forfeited.

 

Things to note:

• This event is open only to FRx Members aged 18 and above, who had won a Golden Ticket.
• You can only register for yourself.
• Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. 
• Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event for a briefing session.
• Participants are required to stay throughout the event to be eligible for the final round.
• Don’t forget your socks! Or purchase a pair at the event for just $3! 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEGA BALL HUNT

1. The MEGA BALL HUNT ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and is held on 19 April 2026 at Waterway Point, Level 1 Village Square from 11am to 6pm.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1 From 27 March 2026 (10am), with a valid Golden Ticket, FRx Members can book a Mega Ball Hunt session on our events portal. More details could be found on Golden Ticket.

2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

2.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a valid Golden Ticket is required to enter the event.

2.5 This event is only open to FRx Members aged 18 and above, who had won a Golden Ticket from 'Shell We Spin!'.

2.6 FRx members can only register for themselves. 

2.7 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.

2.8 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented alongside with the Golden Ticket and validated prior to entry to the event.

2.9 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.

2.10 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.

2.11 The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in the Mega Ball Hunt.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to their registered session.

3.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.

3.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

3.4 For entry, participants must present your registration confirmation email and the Golden Ticket at the event entrance. The Management of Waterway Point and/or appointed Event Organiser will not be liable for any loss of Golden Ticket. In the event that the participant is unable to present the Golden Ticket, The Management of Waterway Point and/or appointed Event Organiser shall reserve the rights to reject the entry and participation.

3.5 Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. 

3.6 Session will be from 11am to 6pm and participants will be required to stay throughout the event. Otherwise, the participation may be forfeited.

3.7 Socks are compulsory to enter the event, participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

3.8 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

3.9 The Management of Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. Please refer to the Release, Indemnity & Waiver Form for Events at the events portal for more information.

4. OTHERS

4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

4.2 All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.

4.3 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4.4 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Waterway Point for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Waterway Point and/or its authorised third parties.

4.5 Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
