Ajumma’s was born out of our love for the vibrant, bold and comforting flavours of the cuisine. Like the ajummas peddling their home-made food along the alleys of Seoul’s markets, we took our cue from the aunties of Gwangjang Shijang to create these iconic dishes reminiscent of Korea.
