Michelin-starred Hototogisu Ramen was founded in 2006 by Chef Atsushi Yamamoto in Tokyo, Japan. Achieving the honour of being awarded the prestigious One Michelin Star for two years in a row in the Tokyo Michelin Guide 2019 and 2020, it has been a journey for a ramen shop which started out as a humble 8-seater.
Never resting on his laurels, Chef Yamamoto has once again created an exceptional concept for his 8th shop at Waterway Point.
Debuting his “Bubble Soup”, the signature Porcini Cappuccino Ramen and Yuzu Cappuccino Ramen features a light and foamy Porcini and Yuzu sauce resembling the foam cap of a cappuccino.
