A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.
B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:
Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Receive a Bouncy Castle entry pass at Customer Service when you spend $30 in a single same-day receipt.

Each entry pass admits one person for a 15-minutes session, same-day event registration .

Bouncy Castle entry pass will be redeemable at B2, The Cove from 12pm to 10pm.

Applicable to in-store purchase only. eStore transactions are excluded.

Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. On a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Scan transaction via the FRx App on the day of in-mall purchase to qualify.
1. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
-
From 6 December 2024, FRx Members can book a slot for the 'Bounce with Joy' by scanning the QR code provided by our Customer Service Officer upon redemption of the pass.

Registration fee is not required to participate in the event. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.

Event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 2 years (Height requirement of 85cm). FRx members can only register for themselves and their children, to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking.

Children below 6 years old must at all times be accompanied by their parents during the 15mins event.

FRx members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.

Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.

A confirmation booking email is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. For further assistance, please email to FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.

All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.

For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.
2. EVENT ENTRY

Participants are advised to arrive 5 minutes before their booked event session.

Participants are to present the confirmation email to enter the event area. The Event Organizer will conduct a verification and check-in process to confirm participants’ attendance.

If confirmation email is not presented, participants may be denied from the event.

One entry pass will be required for each participant (Children and accompanying adults for children under 12 years old included).

Each Bouncy Castle Pass will only be eligible for one person for one session.
-
FRx members with Bouncy Castle Pass can only register for themselves and a maximum of 6 children, limited to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking. For the second adult, another booking is required.

The entry is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other products/cash/or in conjunction with any other promotions.

Bouncy Castle Pass must be presented upon checking in from 6 to 25 December 2024.

All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.

For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.

In the event that Participants are late for the registered slot, entry will still be allowed. However, there shall be no extension of playing time and session will end as per scheduled end time.

Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. Participants without socks will be denied entry.

In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
Receive a ZOOMOOV ride pass at Customer Service when you spend $50 in a single same-day receipt.

Minimum spend of $50 in a single same-day transaction at participating stores.

Each entry pass admits one person for a 5-minutes session, same-day ride redemption.

Validity date of the pass had been indicated on the ride pass.

ZOOMOOV ride pass must be presented upon checking in from 6 to 25 December 2024.

Redeemable only at Waterway Point's event booth at B2 The Cove from 12pm to 10pm.

Applicable to in-store purchase only. eStore transactions are excluded.

Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Scan transaction via the FRx App on the day of in-mall purchase to qualify.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls to earn FRx Points.
6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
8. The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
D. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
