A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walks, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx Member via the FRx App or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx App or though Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx App which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Get a $20 FRx Gift Card when you spend $200 ($300 supermarket transactions)

On 10 & 11 August 2024

Minimum spend of $200 ($300 for supermarket transactions) in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
Supermarkets include Don Don Donki, Fairprice Finest, Scarlett and Scoop Wholefoods Australia.
Applicable to in-store purchase only.
Limited to the first 500 redemptions.
Present your member QR code in the FRx App to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Luck Out with Luckin Coffee

On 10 & 11 August 2024

Shoppers will be required to present flyer and download Luckin Coffee's App to be eligible and Luckin Coffee credits will be credited into the account within 1 week.
Flyer will be collected and retained at our Customer Service Counter.
Luckin Coffee's App account have to be created and details shared by 10 Aug (by 9.30pm) to be eligible. Those who fail to create an account within the crediting period will be excluded.
Limited to the first 200 redemptions.
Limited to one redemption per shopper per day.
Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, members must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across malls. Please check details at respective mall's Customer Service.

7. The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

D. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
