ABOUT ECO-PERKS

 

1. What is FRx Eco-Perks?

FRx Eco-Perks is a digital rewards card which encourages shoppers to make a difference by developing sustainable daily habits such as reducing food waste or avoiding single-use plastic. Shoppers are encouraged to take actions daily to be rewarded.

 

2. How can I make a difference?

As part of FRx Eco-Perks (15 March to 28 April 2024), shoppers will be rewarded for taking any of these 5 actions: Donate Food, Eat After 8, Bring Your Own Bag, Participate and Quiz.

 

3. Can I get rewarded every day?

Yes, you will be rewarded for each eco action once every day. The digital stamp card will be reset daily, and you may perform any of the five eco actions every day for daily rewards.

 

4. Will there be a bonus for completing all 5 actions in a day?

There will be no bonus.

 

5. How many stamps must I complete each day?

This is entirely up to you! The more stamps you get, the more you will be doing to protect our environment.

 

6. How do I know if my rewards are credited?

Please check your notification page. Once you are rewarded an FRx Gift Card, FRx Points or a physical Gojek Voucher, you’ll receive an in-app notification.

 

ABOUT THE ECO-PERKS ACTIONS

 

Action 1 - Donate Food: Do you have excess food lying around your kitchen? Drop 5 unused, unopened, and non-perishable food items, such as staples, beverages, condiments, snacks, canned food and dried preserved food, with a minimum 4-week shelf life, into the donation boxes at participating malls of Frasers Property Singapore and get a $2 Gojek Voucher, courtesy of DBS/POSB.

1. Where can I donate food and receive my reward?

Please visit Customer Service at the participating malls of Frasers Property Singapore, drop off 5 non-perishable items with a 4-week shelf life and present your FRx QR code to receive your reward in your FRx e-wallet.

 

2. Are all types of non-perishable food items accepted?

Our friendly customer service officers will sort through all food items donated. Non-perishable food items that are unopened and unused with a minimum 4-week shelf life will be accepted, such as: staples, beverages, condiments, snacks, canned foods and dried/preserved foods. Loose items are not allowed. The mall reserves the right to decline food items that are unsuitable for donation. Food items will be rejected if they have expired.

Action 4 - Participate: Learn something new, join the fun and earn 200 FRx points at the participating malls of Frasers Property Singapore!

Participate in an event, donation drive or workshop and be rewarded 200 FRx Points.

1. Where can I receive my reward for participating?

For selected events or workshops, please request for the event QR code from the event organiser after completion, scan the QR code and receive your reward.

 

2. When can I scan the QR code for attending an event or workshop?

If the event or workshop qualifies for Eco-Perks, you will be presented with a QR code by the event organiser upon completion of the event or workshop.

 

3. Where can I find the event calendar for Eco-Perks qualifying events or workshops?

You may find the list of qualifying events or workshops held at the malls of Frasers Property Singapore within the app when you click on the “Participate” stamp.

 

4. I can’t scan the event QR code, what should I do?

To scan the event QR code, launch FRx Eco-Perks on the FRx app. If you’re using cellular data or Wi-Fi, please ensure you are connected to a stable network. Otherwise, restarting your device could also help.

 

5. I participated in the event. However, I did not receive the QR code from the Event Organiser to scan. What should I do?

Please visit the mall’s Customer Service counter on the same day of your participation. Customer Service will assist with the scanning once they have verified your participation.

Action 5 - Quiz: Up your eco IQ with daily questions and be rewarded with 5 FRx Points for every correct answer.

 

1. Where can I receive my reward?

Simply answer the daily question correctly in the FRx app under Eco-Perks Quiz and receive your reward instantly. You will be informed through an in-app notification once the reward is credited.

 

2. If I answer a question incorrectly, can I try again on the same day?  

Yes, you can try again until you get the correct answer.

 

3. I answered the quiz question correctly, but my FRx Points did not show up in my e-wallet on the FRx app. What should I do?

1. I can’t find FRx Eco-Perks in my app, what should I do?

Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the FRx app. Search for “FRx” in the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices). Tap on any of the ‘FRx Eco-Perks’ banners located throughout the app including the home screen.

 

2. Do I need the FRx app to get stamps on FRx Eco-Perks?

Yes. Please download the latest version of the FRx app on the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices) and log in.

If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE and you may register on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the malls of Frasers Property Singapore.

 

3. I can’t remember my FRx app login password.

To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” button on the home screen of the FRx app. All passwords are case-sensitive.

 

4. I can’t download the latest FRx app. What should I do?

If you’re using cellular data or Wi-Fi and have issues with updating the app, try to connect to another Wi-Fi network. Otherwise, restarting your device could also help.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

 

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

 

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.
