1. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

• From 4 Aug 2023, FRx Members can book a tokidoki Summer Party Inflatable session by scanning a QR code at the event booth (at B1, The Plaza) once qualifying amount is met and Fun Village Pass redeemed.
• Registration fee is not required to participate in the event. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.
• Event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 2 years (Height requirement of 85cm). FRx members can only register for themselves and their children, to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking. 
• Children below 6 years old must at all times be accompanied by their parents during the 15mins event.
• FRx members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.
• Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
• A confirmation booking email is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. For further assistance, please email to FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.
• All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
• For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.

2. EVENT ENTRY

• Participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their booked event session. 
• Participants are to present the confirmation email to enter the event area. The Event Organizer will conduct a verification and check-in process to confirm participants’ attendance.
• If confirmation email is not presented, participants may be denied from the event.
• One entry pass will be required for each participant (Children and accompanying adults for children under 12 years old included).
• Each Fun Village Pass will only be eligible for one person for one session, same day event registration.
• FRx members with Fun Village Pass can only register for themselves and a maximum of 6 children, limited to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking. For the second adult, another booking is required.
• The entry is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other products/cash/or in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• Fun Village Pass (Same-day redemption, such that Fun Village Pass’ date will also be the date of entry) must be presented upon checking in from 4 Aug to 3 Sep 2023.
• All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
• For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.
• In the event that Participants are late for the registered slot, entry will still be allowed. However, there shall be no extension of playing time and session will end as per scheduled end time.
• Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. Participants without socks will be denied entry.
• In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.

• Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
