A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory - Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd (FPRM), the holder of Frasers Property Digital Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 13 Frasers Property Retail developments:

Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Spend $120 ($150 for supermarket transactions) in 3 same-day, same-mall transactions to redeem a $5 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card.
From 11 March to 24 April 2022

$5 Digital Gift Cards fully redeemed.

Scan your Frasers Experience (FRx) member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

• Minimum of $10 in a single transaction.
• Maximum 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
• $5 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card will be auto-credited to FRx member’s e-wallet when the qualifying spend is met.
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Charge $100 in 3 same-day, same-mall transactions to your Citi Credit Card redeem a $10 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card.
From 11 March to 24 April 2022

Scan your Frasers Experience (FRx) member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account. 

• Minimum of $10 in a single transaction.
• Maximum 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
• Present your FRx member QR code in the FRx app scanned to the same account and Citi Credit Card charge slip(s) to verify transaction details on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem. Charge slips must be from the same Citi Credit Card.
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Applicable to in-mall retailers and electronic transactions within retail outlets only. Makan Master and eStore transactions are excluded.

Spend $280 ($320 for supermarket transactions) in 3 same-day, same-mall transactions to redeem a limited-edition Bunny tumbler.

Scan your Frasers Experience (FRx) member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

• Present your FRx member QR code in the FRx app scanned to the same account to verify transaction details on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem. 
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Spend $80 (excluding supermarket transactions) in a single transaction to redeem a Peel & Win card

New & returning FRx members receive a bonus Bunny Peel & Win Card

Scan your Frasers Experience (FRx) member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account. 

• Present your FRx member QR code in the FRx app scanned to the same account to verify transaction details on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem. 
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Returning members refer to FRx members who have not transacted at Waterway Point within the past 12 months.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.

5. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.

6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

7. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.

8. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

D. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the Frasers Experience (FRx) Programme apply. For more information, please visit here.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Frasers Property Retail will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
