Cash Transactions:
Cash payments for food and beverages will only be available at Tiong Bahru Plaza and Hougang Mall. Only PayNow or PLAYFEST™ tokens will be accepted as payment at Waterway Point.

Tokens can be used to purchase food and beverages at participating vendors at the event area within the festival period. Tokens cannot be used for other purposes.

Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unused tokens are non-refundable. In the event of event cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, a refund policy will be announced.

The Management of Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tokens.

Tokens are only valid during the event 'PLAYFEST' at Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point. Unutilised tokens or unredeemed balance will be forfeited upon the expiry of the event.

The Management of Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way, from participant's participation in the event.

In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
