A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. EVENT

• From 2 September 2024, FRx Members can book a slot for the 'PLAYFEST 2024: Giant Jenga Showdown'  by clicking the link on our social media.
• Registration fee is not required to participate in the event. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.
• Each participant is required to form a team of FOUR (4) members (including self) prior to registration. Only ONE (1) representative from the team is required to register via the event portal.
• Participants above 18 years old will be required to be a FRx member. 
• FRx Member who made the booking online, and his/her dependents will be indemnified by the online indemnity form. All other participating members must be FRx Members and will be required to sign off the physical indemnity form on the event day.
• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be a participant to the event.
• Children aged 7 and above is allowed to form their own group of 4 members, however an adult is required to sign up on behalf for purpose of indemnity.
• FRx members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.
• Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
• A confirmation booking email is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. For further assistance, please email to FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.
• All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
• Event slots are limited and you're strongly encouraged to pre-register in link here. Walk-in registration on event day will only be allowed if there are remaining slots. 
• For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.

3. EVENT ENTRY

• Participants will be required to arrive 15 minutes before the session for the registration and event briefing.
• Participants are to present the confirmation email to enter the event area. The Event Organizer will conduct a verification and check-in process to confirm participants’ attendance.
• If confirmation email is not presented, participants may be denied from the event.
• Each registered slot will only be eligible for entry of 1 group, consisting of 4 persons (including the registered participant), for one session.
• The entry is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other products/cash/or in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• In the event that Participants are late for the registered slot, respective slots will be released. 
• Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. 
• In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza and Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The Management of Hougang Mall, Tiong Bahru Plaza and Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
