A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

• From 10 June 2024, FRx Members can book a slot for the Snoopy Beagle Scouts Festival @ Waterway Point by clicking the link on our social media.
• Registration fee is not required to participate in the event. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.
• Event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 7 years old.
• FRx Members with Beagle Pass can only register for themselves and a maximum of 6 children, limited to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking. For the second adult, another booking is required.
• Each FRx account will be eligible for one slot per booking only. 
• FRx Members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.
• The entry is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other products/cash/or in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
• A confirmation booking email is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. For further assistance, please email to FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.
• All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
• For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address.

3. EVENT ENTRY

• Participants are to arrive 15 minutes before their booked event session. 
• Participants must be of a minimum age of 7 years old to participate.
• Participants are to present the Beagle Pass, confirmation email and FRx Member account for verification upon checking in from 10 to 23 June 2024. Otherwise, participants may be denied from the event. The Event Organizer will conduct a verification and check-in process to confirm participants’ attendance.
• Each Beagle Pass will only be eligible for one person for one session.
• One entry pass will be required for each participant. 
• FRx Members with Beagle Pass can only register for themselves and a maximum of 6 children, limited to a maximum of 1 adult and 6 children in a single booking. For the second adult, another booking is required.
• The entry is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other products/cash/or in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• In the event that Participants are late for the registered slot, respective slots will be released. 
• The Management of Waterway Point will not be liable for any loss of the Beagle Pass.
• Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule.
• In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
