B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, White Sands

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

4. To apply, download the FRx app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 1 (East Wing).

7. The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

D. LUCKY DRAW

1. ‘No Tricks Just Treats! Lucky Draw’ ("Lucky Draw") is organised and promoted by FC Retail Trustee Pte Ltd (as trustee manager of Sapphire Star Trust) and the Lucky Draw Period is from 11 October 2025 (10:00am) to 31 October 2025 (23:59pm).

2. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw: Participants must be an FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions. Participants must access the Lucky Draw via the FRx app with their member account login.

4. FRx members earn electronic lucky draw chances in ‘No Tricks Just Treats! Lucky Draw’ within the promotion period by spending $50 at participating stores to receive 1 lucky draw chance. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when member meet the minimum spend requirements.

5. The lucky draw will be conducted at 83 Punggol Central, Waterway Point Singapore 828761 on 6 November 2025.

6. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via the website (https://www.waterwaypoint.com.sg/).

7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

8. The “Lucky Draw Period" runs for twenty one (21) days, from 11 to 31 October 2025. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.

9. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to Frasers Property Retail Management’s decision. All decisions relating to the Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

10. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

  • who is found to have tampered with the Lucky Draw process;
  • who is found to have participated in the Lucky Draw under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
  • who has, in the opinion of FPRM, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Lucky Draw; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Lucky Draw which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Lucky Draw and/or FPRM.

11. Frasers Property Retail Management legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.

12. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Retail Management will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.

13. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to donate unclaimed prize to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.

14. Frasers Property Retail Management assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.

15. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered.

16. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Lucky Draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Lucky Draw, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.

17. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Lucky Draw. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to and grant Frasers Property Retail Management the right to use the Lucky Draw submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.

18. Frasers Property Retail Management decision on the Lucky Draw results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

19. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Lucky Draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. 

E. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
