How to join:

REGISTRATION & BOOKING

1. Do I need to be a FRx member to book an Egg-stra Bouncy Inflatable Ball Pit play session?

3. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for an Egg-stra Bouncy Inflatable Ball Pit play session?

4. I would like to make a booking for my family and I am unable to add more than 1 adult in my booking. Why is that so?

  • Please note that bookings can only be made by an individual FRx member for his/her children. All other adults who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking.

5. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children I can register for a single session?

  • You can only register a maximum of 1 adult and up to 5 children in a single booking.

6. Do I need to book a slot for myself if my children are the ones who are participating in the session?

  • No, you do not need to book a slot for yourself. If your child is between the ages of 4 to 17 years old, you may register on behalf of your child using your FRx membership.
  • Individuals who are 18 years and above are considered adults and are required to have their own FRx membership and booking.

7. I did not receive a booking confirmation / cannot find my confirmation booking; can I still participate in the event or show up for my session?

  • Please note that a confirmation booking is required for entry. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk email folder for the email or contact: promo@frasersproperty.com for us to provide you with the booking confirmation details again. 
  • Please note that if the booking confirmation is not presented, you may be denied entry to the event.

8. Can I make amendments/cancel my booking?

  • All bookings made are final and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, please write to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Is there a registration fee?

  • No registration fee is required for booking of the inflatable ball pit play sessions. However, a play pass (per participant) will be required and will be redeemable with a spending of $50 in a single transaction at participating FRx stores.

2. Are there any age and height requirements for this event?

  • Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult. When booking, please ensure bookings are made for both the child and accompanying adult. A play pass will be required for accompanying adult.
    Participants must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to enter the play area without parental accompaniment. 

EVENT DETAILS

1. Where and when will the Egg-stra Bouncy Inflatable Ball Pit sessions be held? 

2. What time should I arrive for my Egg-stra Bouncy Inflatable Ball Pit session?

  • Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their allocated session. 
    Each booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start of the allocated session, thereafter, your session will be released and deemed as no-show.  

3. What do I need to do when I arrive at the event?

  • Please prepare your physical play pass and booking confirmation email prior to the entry. Do also ensure that everyone in your booking party is present. 

4. What do I need to bring to the event?

  • Socks are mandatory, and participants are encouraged to bring their own socks for their comfort. 
  • Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at $3 a pair. Payment to the Event Organiser may be made on-site via PayNow.
    Participants are also encouraged to wear appropriate attire for the event. Comfortable clothing is recommended, avoid bringing sharp objects into the event. 

5. I have registered my child but not myself for the event, will I be allowed entry into the inflatable ball pit play area?

  • Unfortunately, non-participants will not have access to the event area. 

6. Will lockers be provided?

  • No lockers are provided during the event.
  • All participants will be responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

EGG-STRA BOUNCY INFLATABLE BALL PIT

1. The EGG-STRA BOUNCY INFLATABLE BALL PIT ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 13 to 19 April 2026 at Waterway Point, Level 1 Village Square from 11am to 9pm.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1 From 27 March 2026 (10am), FRx Members can book a Egg-stra Bouncy Inflatable Ball Pit session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/egg-stra-bouncy-fun-at-waterway-point

2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

2.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a single same-day transaction, with a minimum $50 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, is required to enter the event.

2.5 This event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 4 years.
Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session. Accompanying adult will require a play pass.
Children must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.

2.6 FRx members can only register for themselves and up to 5 children in a single booking. Any additional adults and children who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking which requires a minimum of $50 spent in a single same-day transaction to redeem a play pass at our Concierge, Level 2 (West Wing). 

2.7 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.

2.8 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented alongside with the play pass and validated prior to entry to the event.

2.9 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.

2.10 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their registered session.

3.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.

3.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

3.4 For entry, please present your registration confirmation email and the physical play pass at the event entrance.

3.5 Participants will be required to comply to the Event’s House Rule. 

3.6 Sessions will be available each day from 11am to 9pm (closed for cleaning from 4pm to 5pm daily).

3.7 Each session consists of 25 minutes of play time.

3.8 Event crew shall reserves the right to request for the documents/proof of age to verify the minimum age of 4. Failing which, entry may be denied.

3.9 Socks are compulsory to enter the event, participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

3.10 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

3.11 The Management of Waterway Point and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. 4. OTHERS

4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

4.2 All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.

4.3 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4.4 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Waterway Point for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Waterway Point and/or its authorised third parties.

4.5 Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
