Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Lucky $888 Shake ("Draw"), as described in this document, is organised and promoted by Frasers Centrepoint Malls (“FCM”.)
2. By participating in the Draw, participants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Draw ("Terms"), which at the date of publication, are set out below.
3. FCM reserves the right (in its sole discretion and without prior notice) to revise the mechanics of the Draw; to amend the dates of the Draw, the prizes or their values; or to suspend or cancel the Draw at any time, should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond FCM's control corrupt or impair the administration, security and fairness of the Draw.
4. FCM's decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
5. Participation in this Draw is open to all citizens and residents of Singapore with a valid Singapore mailing address and is above thirteen (13) years of age as of 1 Jan 2016, except employees of Frasers Centrepoint Property Management Services Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries, public relations and advertising agencies, and tenants of Frasers Centrepoint Malls; their immediate families; or anyone else connected with this promotion. Immediate family members include spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. No third party registrations, bulk registrations or registrations submitted by agents will be accepted.
6. FCM reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of a registration. The prizes may be withheld until and unless FCM is satisfied with the verification.
7. The Draw is comprised of a (“Play”) element that gives each participant a chance to win a Daily Prize and/or a Bonus Prize. There will also be a (“Lucky Draw”) element that gives all participants one chance to win the Grand Prize.
8. The (“Draw Period”) runs for twenty (20) days, from 3 to 22 Feb 2016. The official time is Singapore GMT+8. 
9. To qualify for the Draw:

    

   • Participants must be above thirteen (13) years of age as of 1 Jan 2016, and is a citizen or resident of Singapore with a valid mailing address.
   • Participants must access the Lucky $888 Shake game link that is available on FCM’s Website and Facebook Page; or shared via Email, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.  
   • Participants must register via the game link once with their Name (as per NRIC/FIN), NRIC/FIN No. and Mobile No., and read through the Instructions tab. A maximum of one (1) registration per NRIC/FIN is allowed.
   • Once registered, each participant will be given five (5) chances to Play per day within the 20-day Draw Period. These 5 Play chances must be used between the time of 00:00 till 23:59 of each day (Singapore GMT+8). Any of the 5 daily Play chances that are not used up by 23:59 of that day (e.g. Day 1, 3 Feb) will be forfeited. The 5 Play chances will restart on 00:00 of the next day (e.g. Day 2, 4 Feb.) 
10. Prizes are as follows:

     

    • Daily Prizes:

       

      • Ten (10) winners x $18 Gift Card
      • One (1) winner x $88 Gift Card 
    • Bonus Prizes:

       

      • Three (3) winners x $388 Gift Card
      • One (1) winner x $888 Gift Card 
11. Winners’ selection and announcement:

     

    • 11 Daily prize winners of $18 (10 winners) and $88 (1 winner) Gift Cards who have registered a valid NRIC/FIN and Mobile No. will be randomly picked by the system (by playing the game) each day of the Draw Period.
    • 3 Bonus prize winners of $388 Gift Cards who have registered a valid NRIC/FIN and Mobile No. will be randomly picked by the system (by playing the game) throughout the Draw Period. 
    • 1 Grand prize winner of an $888 Gift Card will be selected via lucky draw among all participants who have registered a valid NRIC/FIN and Mobile No., and meets the qualification criteria set out in Item 5 and 9. 
    • The winners for each day will be announced via the Winners tab on the game link at 9am the following day.
12. Winners’ notification and prize collection:

     

    • Winners will be contacted by an FCM representative within three (3) working days after they receive a winning notification, for verification and to receive instructions on how to claim their prizes. Participants will be required to provide additional information after being selected as a winner – Full Name, NRIC/FIN No., Mailing Address and E-mail Address. (Particulars will only be used for notification and verification of winners, and will not be used for any other purposes.) 
    • Winners must personally present their NRIC/FIN identification card for verification upon collection of prizes at the Customer Service Counter, Level 1 of The Centrepoint. No extension of collection date or Gift Cards expiry date is allowed for any Gift Cards issued.
    • FCM reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

       

      • who is found to have tampered with the Play and Lucky Draw process;
      • who is found to have entered the Draw under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
      • who has, in the opinion of FCM, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise, the fair and proper conduct of the Draw; and/or who has engaged in conduct in entering the Draw which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Draw and/or FCM.
      • FCM's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.
    • FCM also reserves the right to amend the list of winners should the original winners be uncontactable after three attempts to establish contact via phone. If any prize is unclaimed or declined within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited.
13. Prizes are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash, credit or otherwise. FCM reserves the rights to substitute any, or all, of the prizes to be awarded to the winners of the contest without prior notice.
14. FCM will not be responsible for any damages on the user's mobile device as a result of shaking or accidentally dropping the device in the midst of playing Lucky $888 Shake.
