There are more than 200 tenants across four levels of fashion labels and specialty stores, entertainment and enrichment facilities, thematic casual dining concepts, wellness services, as well as day-to-day amenities.

So break out your walking shoes, and get ready to explore!

How to Find Your Way around Waterway Point

An easy way to navigate around the mall is to identify the two main zones - East Wing and West Wing which are easily accessible via a 24-hour Boardwalk. The Boardwalk leads shoppers from the Punggol MRT directly into the East and West Wings, and ends at the Waterway Park.

If you are starting your exploration from the MRT station, follow the 24 hour boardwalk into Level 1 where you will find H&M on your immediate left and Cotton On on your right. Take a left into the West Wing of Level 1 to find Starbucks, Fruit Paradise, Uniqlo, just to name a few. Or take a right into the East Wing where you will find beauty services from Apgujeong Hair Studio to Polish the Nails Room. Most of the great dining options overlooking the Waterway sit on the East Wing from Din Tai Fung to The French Table Bistro and Social Square by Ministry of Food. Take a walk along the boardwalk to explore them all!

If you follow the Boardwalk to basement 1, you will find Daiso and Guardian in the West Wing - on the left, and Challenger and Best Denki in the East Wing - on the right. The boardwalk will lead you straight to your favourite eateries like Ichiban Boshi and Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh with stunning views of the waterway too! Follow the Boardwalk once again into the outdoor area near The Plaza (an outdoor event space), and you will find yourself being led seamlessly into Waterway Park.

Near The Plaza, you will find an escalator leading down to Basement 2's The Cove, a water fountain play area and amphitheatre surrounded by quick serve food and snack joints like KFC, McDonalds, Twelve Cupcakes, Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Gong Cha. From here, head to either the West Wing for the 24-hour Fairprice Finest or the East Wing for Shaw Theatres.

Finally, dedicated to families and little ones, hurry on up to the fairy tale-themed level 2 for tons of fun at Wonderland, Swensens, Cookhouse by Koufu, and Times. This exciting journey awaits you!
